The CGS HYPERION 762 is a precision rifle silencer designed specifically with 7.62 mm ammunition in mind, up to and including 300 RUM.The patent pending proprietary technology unique to CGS Group LLC rifle silencers is unlike anything the firearms industry has ever seen before. This unique design allows for peak sound reduction and extreme reduction in flash signature as well as minimal and repeatable point of impact shift.

The HYPERION QD is constructed of 3-D printed titanium.  Continued research shows that the grain structure of DMLS produced titanium and other similarly produced alloy components can actually exhibit uniformity that is superior to that of traditionally produced alloy structures.  Due to the gas flow path geometry which vents gas expediently to the outer annulus, coupled with the uniform construction and proprietary heat treat process, it is postulated that the Hyperion exhibits higher durability not typically characteristic of titanium suppressors.

NOTE - This is an FFL required item. FFL items will ship separately from any other items put into the cart. It is your responsibility to make sure that your chosen FFL performs firearm transfers - DO NOT ASSUME THAT THE FFL PERFORMS TRANSFERS. It is also your responsibility to check the transfer fee(s) the FFL charges for transfers - often times, FFLs will charge a fee per item. We cannot cancel a firearm order after it is shipped. Please allow 3 extra processing days to acquire a copy of their FFL and verify the FFL. FFL shipments require a signature at delivery - it is important to contact the FFL and make sure they are aware when a package is arriving. If your shipment is returned to D5 Arms for non-delivery, there will be a $20 reshipment fee.
