STORE POLICIES

• PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

  It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase, and have them email a copy of there FFL. We will not ship your firearm until we recieve it.

• RETURNS

  Any product, if unused / unopened, may be returned within 14 days from the order date (15% Restocking Fee Will Apply).
  All claims must be made within 14 days of Invoice date, please email for a return authorization number if applicable.
  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
  Orders can not be cancelled once processed.
  We will not accept any returned merchandise that is defective from the manufacturer or damaged by the carrier. Everything we sell is guaranteed by the manufacturer and insured thru the carrier. You should return defective merchandise to the manufacturer. If the merchandise is damaged during shipment, contact us to help with the claim with the carrier. We will take back and/or replace merchandise that we shipped wrong (our mistake). We will issue a credit for merchandise returned to us, but this must be pre-arranged.
  All merchandise returned (your fault) is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to the error of D5 Arms order processing
  Sales are final on sale items, discontinued, cerakoted products, NFA items, Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics, clearance merchandise, special orders, & Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.

• USED FIREARMS

  Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.

• GENERAL FIREARM SALES

  All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
  
  All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

• SECURE TRANSMISSION

  All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

• ORDER FULFILLMENT

  All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

• ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

  Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

• AMMUNITION PURCHASES

  You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations 

• TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  It is the customer's responsibility to know the laws in his or her jurisdiction prior to purchasing  products from D5 Arms LLC
  No product offered for sale from D5 Arms LLC will be knowingly shipped or transferred to a person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to receive or possess such product.
  This general policy does not apply to law enforcement agencies and other official end users, licensed dealers, and other parties with the proper licenses upon proof of such authorizations and the presentation of proper identification.
  D5 Arms LLC shall have no liability to any customer due to the customer’s intentional or unintentional violation of federal, state, or local law. Neither D5 Arms LLC nor any of its affiliates, licensors, partners, managers, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, or other agents shall have any liability to any user or their principals or agents for any damages, whether general, special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including any lost profits or lost savings, whether or not foreseeable and whether based on contract, tort, common law, or any other theory of liability, statute, or regulations.
  As a customer, purchaser, or end user of our products, you expressly acknowledge and agree that D5 Arms LLC is providing access to this information in reliance on the disclaimers and limitations set forth herein, and you further acknowledge and agree that such limitations are reasonable. In no event shall D5 Arms LLC liability to you exceed the actual price you paid for the product obtained from us.
  Furthermore, by placing an order with us, you represent that all products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and you are of a legal age, and where applicable, a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S., to acquire or use such products. No products shall be exported.                                                       

• D5 ARMS LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE:

  For the use, or inability to use, any of the products offered, or the suitability of use for any particular task, or any claims stated in our materials regarding how these products function or work
  For any damages loss, cost, or damage of any kind arising from the misuse of our products or physical harm caused by our products to anyone or anything. This responsibility is entirely yours, as the buyer.
  For any claims that may arise as a result of, whether whole or in part, improper or careless handling in the use of our products, unauthorized modifications, use of improper ammunition (wrong caliber, defective, hand loaded, or reloaded cartridges), abuse, neglect, corrosion, or other influences beyond our immediate and direct control.
  In any manner whatsoever for injury, death, or damage to property as a result of the intentional or accidental discharge of any firearm, or from its proper function when the firearm is used for purposes for which it was not designed.
  For incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use of property, loss of earnings, or profits, or any other commercial or residential loss.
